Angela Tsui has over 18 years of public sector experience having focused on economic development for the cities of Fremont and most recently Cupertino where she was the Economic Development Manager for seven years. Angela led the economic development efforts and business development programs for Cupertino, which included developing and managing a range of programs designed to retain and expand existing businesses and attract new enterprises. She worked on a variety of projects including the City’s first Economic Development Strategic Plan, as well as developed and executed a reopening strategy for its business community during the COVID pandemic that included the City’s first small business emergency relief grant program. Angela has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from the University of California at Berkeley.
