Vice President of Operations & Client Services (TX)
Richard joined the company in 2014. As Vice President, he is responsible for HdL’s day-to-day business operations in Texas. This includes sales, marketing, client support, research, and financial operations undertaken from its Austin-based headquarters and its Houston office. Richard has more than 16 years’ experience providing financial management services to Texas local governments, including Special Districts, Cities and School Districts. The financial services provided to local government include basic accounting and forecasting, as well as arbitrage rebate consultation. Richard attended the University of Houston.
